Question 1

What do I get from one image?

Accepted Answer

One image becomes a whole listing: print-ready files in the five ratios Etsy art sellers need (2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 11:14 and the ISO A-series) at 300 DPI, framed wall art mockups, a buyer instruction sheet PDF, and a draft listing with a title, description and 13 tags. The social media graphics to promote it come from the Social Media Studio.

Question 2

Does it publish my listing for me?

Accepted Answer

No. The tool saves your listing as a draft in your Etsy shop with the text, tags and images attached. You open it in Shop Manager, check the details, add your download files and publish when you are happy. Nothing goes live until you click Publish in Etsy.

Question 3

Can I connect my Etsy shop?

Accepted Answer

Connecting your shop is part of Pro, which is coming soon. Everything else works for every seller with no account at all — print-ready files, mockups, the buyer instruction sheet, and listing text you can copy into your own shop.

Question 4

Do I need an account?

Accepted Answer

No account is needed for any free tool. They run in your browser and nothing is uploaded. An account is only needed to connect an Etsy shop or to use Pro features.

Question 5

Can I list framed prints as well as digital downloads?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Listing Builder asks whether you are selling digital downloads or physical framed prints and prepares the files that fit, including a buyer instruction sheet for digital downloads.

Question 6

How many images can I use in one listing?

Accepted Answer

Free accounts handle sets of up to 3 images and 3 mockups per listing. Pro raises this to sets of up to 4 images and up to 6 mockups, from a bigger choice of rooms.

Question 7

Why 300 DPI, and why does the ratio matter?

Accepted Answer

300 DPI is the resolution most print shops ask for, so prints come out sharp rather than soft. A ratio is the shape of a print, and 2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 11:14 and the ISO A-series cover almost every frame buyers search for. One file made at the largest size in a ratio can be printed at any smaller size of the same shape.

Question 8

How do I know if my image is big enough to print?

Accepted Answer

The free print size calculator tells you the largest print your image supports at 300, 240 or 150 DPI. If it falls short, the image scaler enlarges it by 2×, 3×, 4× or a factor you choose.

Question 9

Which file formats can I work with?

Accepted Answer

You can open PNG, JPG and WebP images, switch between those three formats with the image converter, and combine images into one PDF with image to PDF.

Question 10

Do my images get uploaded?

Accepted Answer

No. Resizing, cropping, mockups, the buyer instruction sheet and Pinterest pin images all happen in your browser, so your files stay on your device. The only things that involve a server are actions you start yourself: saving an Etsy draft sends the files you chose to attach to Etsy, and Pro AI writing can look at a small preview of your image only if you agree to it.

Question 11

How is my Etsy connection protected?

Accepted Answer

Your Etsy token is kept in a protected table that the site's own pages cannot read, every Etsy request runs through our server rather than your browser, and disconnecting takes one click and removes the connection.

Question 12

Can I promote my listing on Pinterest?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Etsy Listing Studio creates a 1000 × 1500 pin with your title, a description and a link to your live listing, and you upload it to Pinterest yourself. Nothing posts automatically.

Question 13

Do you post to Instagram or TikTok for me?

Accepted Answer

No. The Social Media Studio makes the graphics sized for each platform — posts, stories, reels covers, YouTube thumbnails and seamless carousels — and you post them yourself.

Question 14

What is Pro and can I buy it yet?

Accepted Answer

Pro is £9.99 a month and includes everything in Free plus AI-written listings, a bigger choice of mockup rooms and up to 6 mockups per listing. It is not on sale yet while we finish setting up payments, so everything you can use today is free.

Question 15

Do paid plans include the free tools?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every paid plan includes the complete free toolkit: all three studios and all of the free image tools.

Question 16

Which parts use AI?

Accepted Answer

Two features use AI: the AI writer for captions, listing text and hashtags, and the AI listing writer inside Etsy Listing Studio. Both are Pro. Background removal uses a model that runs in your browser rather than an AI service, and every other tool follows fixed rules and templates.

Question 17

How do I get help?

Accepted Answer

Email support@swiftresizer.com and a person will read it. Tell us which tool you were using and what you saw, and we can reproduce it and put it right.
